This is what some SMEs have to say about our work:

“Carolyn worked with me to re-focus our marketing strategy on our key customer targets. She helped us redesign our website to make it easier for customers to find our website, find out about us and buy our award-winning Mentor Training DVD. She is efficient and reliable and delivers what she promises. I would recommend her to others wanting a marketing strategy that yields tangible results.October 27, 2009

Richard Naish MD Qi Concepts Ltd

“I am CEO of Advanced Management Skills (www.amskills.com) and engaged Carolyn to help us refresh our marketing strategy. This involved strengthening our proposition, finding new ways to attract clients/participants and staying in touch with alumni. She provided much needed analytical rigour to this process and helped us identify a couple of major development opportunities. Carolyn’s approach is highly practical, yet strategic, and challenged our thinking (in a constructive way) about our marketing strategy and tactics. In addition to insights about our core proposition, she provided practical tips on improving our website, and plenty of creative ideas about how to get our message across in different media. She has a flexible and collaborative style which turned out to be extremely productive. I look forward to working with her again on the next stage of our marketing plan.” March 3, 2009

Mark Law CEO Advanced Management Skills

Carolyn came to advise us after a chance meeting at a Nottingham Conference. I knew that we needed help but like most website owners, I felt we could get by for now and would sort things out when we got time. Like most website owners I think our site was pretty - and useless! Carolyn sat down with us on two occasions and pointed out just how much better we could do and especially she identified the size of our very specialist market, which came as a bit of a shock. It will cause us some rethinking of our business plan. She has been a great asset and very focussed and professional in trying to help us. We would highly recommend her.”
